Breastfeeding diet /Post pregnancy diet

Praise God my son was born healthy and I couldn’t be more happier right now. As I make all the necessary changes to my lifestyle, breast feeding is #1 on my list.

Please tell me about your new diet/diet plans that you follow to help with milk supply, drowsiness, and body aches from after giving birth. This can include workout plans or whatever else.

I don’t really care about “how skinny/thick” my body looks. I am more concerned about being in shape and eating healthier, so that I can be a better gift to my son while breast feeding.
