Could I be further along ?

Question

I got a ultrasound 2 weeks ago and they measured the baby to be 7w6days with a heartbeat of 163. According to my lmp I should have been 11w. My uterus is completely backwards and the baby sits far back she could barely see him/her on abdominal ultrasound and had to to a transvaginal. Any way the mesurments could be off ?

I doubt their measurements would be 4 weeks off. I have a retroverted uterus and baby measured one week behind when I know I ovulated. They should get a better idea at your next sonogram.
