I know some people who've had good success as virtual assistants, both by themselves and with a company. Blogging takes too long to make decent money, if you ever make any at all. Medical transcription is a tried and true option. Some companies will route customer service calls to you. You could also start your own business if you have something that can be mailed or emailed, like crafts or website design. Do everyone a favor and don't go the multilevel marketing route! They're predatory, and the constant begging to buy from my friends is really annoying in myFacebook feed :)
