This was my first month TTC and also my very first disappointment. I got my BFP on Friday and my Dr took some blood to check my hcg levels and then again on Sunday. Monday she called me up telling me my hcg was 13 on Friday and 16 on Sunday and that they should have doubled. She told me to get more blood work for yesterday. While I was at work, AF came. I talked to my Dr and she said to have the blood work done but it might have been a chemical pregnancy. Sure enough, today she called me back to tell me my hcg was down to 8.8. We will try again.
