Fundal height inaccurate?

Question

So they measured my fundal height yesterday and said I was measuring at 32 weeks and I am 34 today.
However yesterday I didn’t eat much and I felt my stomach was just flatter than normal. Which is typical it’s like that in the morning too.
Today it’s much more prominent sticking out... I’m just confused how that works?????

I’ve been 2 weeks behind for the past 2 months, it’s not a very accurate way of assessing growth unless the variation is more than 3 weeks or if you aren’t growing at all!

My fundal height was always up and down, I think it would depend on time of day, what way my daughter was lying, if I'd eaten ect I never paid attention to it really lol
