so i’ve had these red , itchy bumps on my foot for over a week and i’ve been putting cortizone on it many times and it works for a while then i have to reapply . i showed my friend who said it looks like bug bumps but they have been here for a long time . my other friend said it looks like poison ivy or oak but idk if i trust that . does anybody know what this is or can help me ??
