How often do you wash your hair ?

Every 3 days. I use a shower cap when I shower on the other days and keep my hair dry.

I used to wash it everyday and by the end of the day it would get so greasy. It was because I was washing to often and stripping my hair of its natural oils and so it would go into overdrive to replenish them. It was a rough few weeks transitioning to the new routine, but my hair is so much healthier and prettier now.

I have super fine hair so I always thought I had to wash it every day, but after transitioning to every other day (which was a pain for a good two weeks thank god for pony tails!) my hair is super healthy and not as frizzy!
