Wine? Hair dye?

Ok ladies I haven’t had a baby in 10yrs. I feel new to all of this. My neighbor told me I’m not allowed to dye my hair til my third trimester... and I was also told I can have a glass of red wine. Please give me some do’s and don’t tips. I’d greatly appreciate it.

Dying your hair at any stage is perfectly safe, just make sure you’re in a well ventilated room. Some ppl say a glass of wine is ok but I personally wouldn’t risk it.

The thing is... a baby is the most important thing in the entire world and neither wine nor hair dye matter enough to me to risk harming my miracle baby.

Honestly with the knowledge I have on pregnancy and alcohol. ... Zero alcohol during pregnancy is safe ..... I don't know what kind of doctor would even advise it's okay to drink wine ..... Look up on FASD and educate yourself on the risks of drinking any alcohol while pregnant

Dying hair is fine as long as it’s in a ventilated area. It doesn’t soak into your skin or get past the layers of dead skin on your body. Literally zero risk to the fetus. If it was a risk, every female stylist would have to stop working while they were pregnant l, which is not the case. 
Wine: half a glass once per week in the 3rd trimester is what I have read to be ‘ok’ but before that, skip it. Wine in cooking is fine. 
Soft cheese: make sure your dairy is pasteurized and it’s all good. Most cheese in the US is pasteurized and the label should reflect that. Cream cheese and most Brie is pasteurized. Just no to ‘raw milk’ cheeses. Same goes for juices. No unpasteurized juice. 
The list goes on... I asked my dr directly and did some research on reputable sites (not blogs or Wikipedia) to gain further in depth answers. Like how Drs in the US say no to sushi but Japanese Drs actually recommend it as a healthy part of a prenatal diet. These cautions vary around the globe.

Dye yoir girl. It isnt proven tongurtvafter the 7th week. Wine..not proven to be ok just. ot proven harmful. I wouldnt till 2nd trimester after nural tubes if you do. Whatbelese, no soft cheese, lunch meat, oh mango and pinapple too odly.

Hair dye is fine, but your hair might react differently to the dye because of the hormones. When I was pregnant with my first I developed what my stylist referred to as a hair birthmark. This was a spot in my hair that wouldn't take to dye no matter how much we saturated it or how long we left it on. I am not a big person on drinking during pregnancy,  but some people say it has benefits. Definitely check with your doctor first on that one.

Personally I wouldn't dye my hair, as I wouldn't want to take the chance, but as long as you do it fairly far into your second trimester you should be fine. I wouldn't touch wine with a 10 foot pole, not even in cooking, because sometimes the alcohol isn't totally cooked off. There are some arguments saying that you can have a glass of wine every now and then, but there hasn't been enough research to prove it. There isn't any amount of alcohol that's been proven safe, so it's best not to risk it.
