Help, my hormones 😩

Okay y’all. My hormones have kicked in today and I’ve already cried over this and chewed out multiple people while hanging up the phone multiple times on them Lol. My obgyn won’t accept my insurance so I had to switch, however my new insurance won’t take effect until June 1st. So basically I was told to hold off on my first doctors appointment until then (5 ish weeks from now), which will make me about 12 weeks. Should I be comfortable with this, or no?
