I used it with both my pregnancies from 30 weeks on, and I never tore with either one. I also dilated super quick with both as well. Coincidence? 🤷🏽‍♀️ maybe.

It help soften the cervix and dilate that's it for me

I started taking one 1200mg pill vaginally at 35 weeks and upped it to 2 vaginally at 37 weeks. I'm 39 weeks now and there have been no changes. I've been fingertip dilated since 36 weeks with no progression.

I did it orally and vaginally from 37 weeks. I still went a week overdue and had a very long labor 😂
