why can't I sleep??

It always takes me forever to get comfortable, and then another forever to fall asleep! I go to bed at 10, and am never asleep until about 2am 😔 8wks pregnant

I’m 31 weeks & this is definitely me!!! I’m so big & uncomfortable & it’s so hard to get comfortable because once I finally find a good sleeping position, I have to pee 😑 then I never can go to sleep either & one reason for that is because my daughter is practicing her cheer routine at night giving me violent kicks to my ribs 😭

I wish I had the answers. I am 31 weeks and still having this same problem every night. I am super uncomfortable no matter which way I lay. The dr told me to take a Benadryl, which I won’t because it makes me feel woozy, I don’t like it. Then he told me to try unisom, which doesn’t work a little bit. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I guess I will get some sleep in about a year when my baby is sleeping through the night.

😯 girl yu got long way to go, symptoms started early for you... I just recently started having trouble sleeping (30weeks, now 33)because it gets uncomfortable and it’s like my conscious is telling me to switch positions every now and then through out the night and every time I do, I feel pressure in my tummy and movement which wakes me up😣

Same with me im 23 weeks but since i was about 9-10 weeks i got no sleep. I couldnt fall asleep until about 4am and then id wake up about 9 am and same thing over and over again. I told my doctor and he told me to take Benadryl . It helped!
