Question

I always end up forgetting to take my prenatal, they make me sick anyways. any of you mamas forget and your baby came out healthy?

I can’t take the prenatal’s, I feel bad but there’s no point because I puke them up within minutes of taking them. 
However, I feel I eat most of my vitamins through fresh home cooked meals and plenty of fruits and veggies. 
This is my third pregnancy and third attempt of prenatal’s - I also couldn’t handle my birth control pill. Both my children are very healthy and so is this pregnancy.

I’ve had two kids, and pregnant now, and I never took prenatals and my kids turn out fine.

Try setting a reoccurring reminder/alarm on your phone. That’s the only way I remember them! I am on Thyroid meds and I have to take that in the mornings so I don’t take my prenatals until the evening so I have to have that reminder or I would totally forget!

Try a few different kinds? And if you decide you just cant take them, try to manage your diet to get all the folate you can via spinach, asparagus, broccoli, etc.  Smoothies might be the ticket!

I have been taking them with dinner. It seems to help me remember and I don’t feel sick line I did when I tried in the morning.
