Does anyone know anything about herniated discs in your lower back? Or have an experience with it? I’ve been having extremely bad back pain lately, a couple weeks ago i bent down to pick something up and when going to stand back up i had this shooting pain run down my back and the next morning i couldn’t move my neck to the left, but it only lasted about 4 days. The pain went away in my neck, but my lower back still really hurts, i can’t sit up unless it’s up against something. When i lay down on my sides my left leg and foot go completely numb, and my left thigh is sore to the touch. I also have a swollen pocket in the middle of my lower back that’s squishy when i poke it but it doesn’t hurt.. Not sure if it’s related to the pain I’m having but it’s in that area
