It is crucial to eat healthy especially when you are ttc and/or are pregnant. it's so hard to figure out what to cook that is good for you on a daily basis, so I had the idea that we could share our healthy recipe's with each other!
I am sharing my Healthy Fish Tacos with cilantro sauce
You will need:
2 filets of swai ( can be purchased at H.E.B.)
4 whole grain tortillas
1 small container of sour cream
2 tbs coconut milk
1 bundle of fresh cilantro
1 avocado
1 small container of pico
Bake the fish (season to taste) at 350 until done. (About 30 min or so)
Cut fish filets in half and place one half into each tortilla( you can warm tortillas first)
Top with avocado and pico
Don't forget the sauce:
Use about half of the container of sour cream in a small mixing bowl
Add coconut milk
Chop as much or as little of the cilantro then add to bowl
Mix well and spoon over the tacos
Enjoy!
