It works when you believe in it. Or so, that's what I've been taught. Witchcraft, voodoo, hoodoo, and the other 'earth magic' is all intention based. You put enough of your intentions and belief into it and some people have success. Me, though? I don't touch that stuff because it can open doors that should never be opened. Once those doors are open, they can be extremely hard to close.
