So last Wednesday I went to my doctor and got an ultrasound and he confirmed I’m pregnant 😊 but he didn’t say anything about a heartbeat. So, everything else went normal, he prescribed some vitamins and that was it. I don’t know why but I felt anxious later that day because of the lack of info about the heartbeat, so next day I went to a different doctor who mainly does ultrasounds and is around the corner from my work (I don’t have any references about him nor know him) and he said he couldn’t find a heartbeat and to come in next week so he could make a diagnosis.

Now, my first doctor said to come in 3 weeks and now this other wants to check at 8 weeks and if there’s no heartbeat there’s no baby. I am sad but isn’t 8 weeks somewhat early for getting a heartbeat in some cases?
