I’m 29 weeks pregnant and I’m curious what it is.

mucus plug but it regenerates itself so no worries unless you began to have contractions

I’m not sure being as I’m a first time mom, but usually mucus plugs are bloody I think. 🤔 looks like discharge to me

Mucus plug. I started losing mine around 29 weeks as well. Sometimes cramps will come on after losing pieces, but it should just be for a little while. If you start to get strong cramps and regular contractions, then it may be time. But you’re good. With my first I lost it at 38 weeks and immediately had cramps and contractions and it was real labor.
