if you join a group on facebook called common sense keto their macros are very different. I'm following them until I talk to my RE. They day never yo go that low on your calories either...lots of people really have great success by eating way over their calories and still loose weight. I wouldn't want to restrict calories while trying to get pregnant.

I have been wondering if I'll need to add more protein before IVF but sometimes that can bump you out of ketosis. over all I think your macros are good. carbs are good at 20 grams. I don't know what's right or wrong protein wise the group I follow says about 75 g protein and the rest fat to make up your calorie needs which should never be lower than 1800
