Day 8 of 14 Day Water Fast
Hi everyone,
I am currently on day 8/14 of my first water fast experience! People talk about hunger pains disappearing after the 3rd - 4th day but I definitely struggle everyday with cravings. I often watch mukbangs (food eating YouTube videos) to try and curb my cravings as well as drinking plenty of water. Recently I had noticed that my kidneys have been aching, ~in the last two days. I reckon it is due to them doing such a fabulous job filtering all my nasty toxins (mvp). I am also experiencing that gross taste in my mouth that often accompanies this detox.
My height is 4”11’ foot and my starting weight was 123 pounds. I didn’t want to track my weight since I was worried I would get obsessed. However, on day 4 I decided to randomly weigh myself. The scale showed that I went down to 119 pounds which is a slow and steady pace. Today on day 8 I weighed 115lbs. Not surprising since I have less weight to lose than others, one pound a day is more than sufficient. I am happy to say that I look less bloated and can see a slight definition of my quads (thighs) and my abs! By the 14th day I hope to be around 109 pounds.
