So my s/o and I are cuddled in bed and he pulls out his phone and starts watching videos of girls shaking their ass. It’s one thing to do it on your own time, but in front of me while we’re spending together?!  I was mad at him and I told him why, am I being unreasonable?

I think you had a reasonable reaction. I'm the same way, I don't mind if he watches videos like that and I've never had an issue with porn but it makes me uncomfortable if he watches it in front of me. It's good that you told him how it made you feel and your concerns. Communication is key!
