Back pain?

I'm estimated to be around 7w5d
Anyone getting any serious lower back pain?!
I'm in bed with morning sickness and now this as well 😭

I’m about 6 weeks I get back pain that mimics when I get my period..sometimes lasts all day but I can still go about my day it still sucks :/ I’ve been on a long roadtrip can’t wait to get home and soak in a warm bath I hope you feel better and it goes away :/
