Freaking out

I am 5 weeks and 1 day and have no symptoms... I have sore boobs and cramping and that is literally it. Which makes me freak out because I had a blighted ovum last year and have been paranoid that it is going to happen again. My first appointment isn’t till I am 7 weeks so I have 13 days to go. Is this normal or should I contact my doctor?
