Head cold medicine?!
I’m 35 weeks pregnant on Monday and am having tightness in my chest, terrible nasal drainage into my throat causing me to gag and my throat is super sore. I also have little to no appetite and have been drinking water like crazy. I don’t remember what’s safe to take to help my throat and this nasal drainage, can anyone help me out?!
