I get this if my leg gets too hot .. like if I have a pizza on my lap (carry out orders one the way to my moms) I will get it on my legs .. but it’s only when my legs get hot from pizza box

Looks like a blood clot .. I’d get it checked out just to be safe .

I got a rash like that a lot as a kid, pediatrician said it was an allergic reaction (mild obviously) but that we were unlikely to find the cause so that was the end of that, as I grew to adulthood I have seen it less and less
