After giving birth how were your periods months/year later?

Honestly , after giving birth to my daughter almost a year ago my periods have gotten BETTER . I no longer need to take ibuprofen or anything to help with the pain.

I had horrible painful, heavy periods for more than 20 years. When my cycles returned after my first baby it was like a whole new world. My periods were virtually painless, lighter and only lasted 2-3 days. It was amazing.

I had heavy & painful periods. 
It was the same after I got my first period after giving birth.
But now I’m on depo so my period lightened up this time around 😂

I only had one before getting pregnant again but it was the same except I didn't cramp at all 🙌
