I’m about 5 weeks pregnant, and haven’t had my appointment yet with my doctor. I just went pee and saw a faint brownish blood color on the toilet paper after I wiped. I have slight cramping and really worried that something isn’t right. I’m reading about chemical pregnancies and early miscarriages.. freaking myself out 😓😳 has anyone else experienced this and carried to term? It’s not a huge amount of blood but then again I just found it so I am scared it’s going to turn into more.. 😞 any help would be greatly appreciated
