Goats cheese while pregnant


So I’m a little confused whether I can eat Goats cheese or not during my pregnancy. I’ve just spent the last half an hour googling and there’s so many contradictions!

Is goats cheese completely a no go or is it ok to eat ‘apparently’ if it doesn’t have a white rind or is a type of mouldy goats cheese, is this true?

I’ve just bought a goats cheese to put in my lunch for tomorrow and now I’m so unsure as everywhere say something different!

This is the goats cheese I just bought from Aldi, doesn’t say anywhere whether it’s unpasteurised? And it’s just a soft cheese with no white rind?
