how do you ladies continue to test early?

me and my partner have been trying for 8 months and 2 months in a had a chemical, then 1 month ago I suffered a miscarriage, I then last week had 3 positives on frer, and 2 days after af was due I have come on 😔 so it looks like another chemical!! I'm not going to test at all now until I'm late. but how do you ladies really do it? I feel like we haven't even been trying that long and I see people that have been trying for years. I feel to give up already 😫
