Leg cramps?!?!

Has anyone else had cramps in their calf’s in the middle of the night?

Ugh my legs are literally stuck in a cramp if that makes since. Like every morning I have to be careful on how I stretch or move around my legs in bed because it will trigger a cramp 😭😭😭

I get them sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night.  I usually massage it until I can hobble over to the fridge to shoot a squirt of mustard in my mouth, otherwise it doesn't completely go away until the next day.

my thighs, my legs, under my feet. at all times of the day. I didn't have this with my first two and drink water constantly 😢😢😢 just want her here.

yep I was getting this and I got some 'natural calm' supplement drink sachets. they contain magnesium citrate, which, if you are low in magnesium you can get cramps, same with potassium, the reason people suggest eating bananas. anyway I drank this for about 4 nights and now I don't get cramps anymore. plus it helped alleviate my chronic constipation as well so it was a double win!

Omg yes! I woke up with one the other night and scared my son half to death. He ran out of the bed yelling “I’ll get daddy, mommy’s hurt!” I couldn’t remember in the night which way to stretch to make it go away! My calf hurt for hours after. Trying to eat more bananas. Hopefully it will help 🤷🏼‍♀️

my doctor put me on iron supplements,they've worked wonders. just saying. I would ask ur doc about them

Yesss I had one a few weeks ago that had me in tears on the floor. Freaked SO out so bad he thought I was in labor or something. I remember them bring more frequent with my first. Stay hydrated, stretch your calves and you can talk to your doctor about supplements

Yessss!!! Idk what the cause is but its normal late in pregnancy. I remember them being horrible when I had my daughter. Not bad this time.

I’m going to try some of the dietary recommendations.  They have been so bad 😕.  They make me feel like my body is failing me.  I feel like I’m doing something wrong 😢
