A big dog jumped on a little kid and biting him, breaking a little skin. Anyway the dad who was close punched the dog in the head thinking the dog was attacking his kid.

So of course the owner is pissed and acting like the dog was just excited and trying to explain that's just how dogs show love. OK

your dog does not love someone they've seen for 5 seconds dipshit. Stop playin. This kid had to get stitches not from the bite but from hitting his knee on concrete so hard. The dog is fine but I think the owner needs a good clock to his head for letting that happen. If you can't even walk by people on the sidewalk because your dog is too uncontrollable maybe hire a trainer or give the dog up to someone who cares.
