Mud Run when 9 weeks?!?

So my brother signed me up for a mud run to do together (he doesn’t know I’m pregnant yet) and I’m not sure if I should do this mud run or not. Has anyone done a mud run at 9weeks? I enjoy running and lifting so I’m not scared of running just the obstacles maybe

I might tell him about it before hand tbh. So both you and him can be more cautious

I would definitely tell him especially since there are obstacles during those runs plus you might have to be on your belly. 
Maybe contact your doctor too and see what she says. The early part of the first trimester is so crucial and best to take it easy. 
That’s what I did and now I’m upping my workout game in the second trimester.

I think you will be okay, just know your limits and if you aren’t comfortable doing something then don’t do it

I personally would do it, just be a little more cautious with the obstacles but you should be fine if you’re used to working out
