Ovulate with no cycle?

Question

I have PCOS, and I haven’t had a period since January.. And I’m just wondering if anyone has ever gotten pregnant without getting a period? 
In january I started ovasitol, a prenatal, vitamin D/magnesium, and this month I started Fertilitea. Attached is a picture of my opks the last one being today and I just don’t know if I could possibly ovulate or if I need to be getting a cycle for that?

PCOS will give you false positive LH surges so it’s really hard to use ovulation tests.

You can ovulate before you get a cycle. In fact that’s usually how it’s supposed to work. However based on those OPKs you haven’t ovulated yet

Honestly it doesn’t look like you’ve  you had your surge yet at all, but yes I’ve heard of it happening. I would keep testing since you don’t know when you’ll have your next period and see if you get a positive opk. I would see a doctor if you aren’t already about inducing a period because going longer than six months without one increases your risk for uterine cancers and makes it way harder to predict ovulation Best of luck!
