Extreme hunger!? Am I alone!?

I’m 7w4d and this is my third pregnancy. I always have extreme hunger during my first trimester, every 2-3 hrs my belly is growling and I feel like I haven’t eaten all day! I’m already over weight and carry my weight in my belly so it’s killing my self esteem and I feel so bloated and uncomfortable :( anyone else feel the same? I’m heavier now than I’ve ever been and worried about how much I’ll gain and how uncomfortable I’ll be later in pregnancy.

1st baby 152& delivered at 212

2nd baby 172 & delivered at 230

3rd baby started at 209 and already 214 at 7.4 weeks😬
