Ab exercised at 9 weeks

So I stop exercising two weeks into finding out (my dear friend miscarried & it freaked me and we stopped going) I now want to get back into it my belly is sloppy, my legs are jelly etc! I want to get myself back to feeling good....

question is ab exercises are they okay??? I want to work on my belly, legs & arms I was gyming up to 8 times a week pre trying for a baby, 4 times a week when we found out.

Any advice welcomed please xx
