What is this?

So a little back story. I had sex with a guy liiiike two nights ago and he came in me and just now I went to the bathroom to pee and this came out of me. It was kinda just like hanging when I looked down to wipe after I peed. It’s sticky. Also I’m supposed to be starting my period within the next day or two. Please help.
