Sex before one week?

So i got my IUD put in on Tuesday the 18th and tomorrow would make my one week. Out of curiosity what would happen if you had sex the day before your one week?

It takes one week to become effective against pregnancy. Having sex during that week also puts you at risk for infection.

Honestly its one day. Im not sure if it would make that bug of a difference but im not a doctor.

They say to avoid sex during the first week because you are at risk of infection. So if you have sex sooner than they recommend... you can get an infection.
