Ttc after nexplanan removal

I got my Nexplanon removed on January 19 after the full three years. AF came February 6-9 and I’ve gotten her every month after. On April 22 my husband and I decided to try for another baby. 😏 I’m excited and nervous after hearing how long it could take. Should I just try before purchasing and OPK?
