Foundation recommendations?

Hey everyone looking for some recommendations for some foundations for sensitive skin and that wont dry out that has medium to full coverage!! Tried too faced and I don’t like it.

L.A girl luminous. It’s so hydrating and the coverage is amazing. A lot of people are recommending matte foundations I don’t know what that’s about but make sure to do research on a foundation before buying !!

Neutrogena mineral sheers powder foundation. It's for sensitive skin (no fragrances, no oil, gentle minerals) has buildable sheer-medium coverage (so maybe not quite full coverage, but easy to get medium). I just bought more of the pressed powder compact. I tried the loose powder recently because it's even more gentle on sensitive skin (no talc, etc) and sure, it won't make me break out even if I fall asleep in it, but I find the loose powder doesn't stay put as well and I get shiny after a few hours. Of course, I have oily skin, so if you don't, or don't mind the shine, that might work for you. Just don't use the acne-prone skin compact because the salicylic acid will make your skin peel and you said you don't want to dry it out. I haven't tried the "Healthy skin" compact yet because I have oily/sensitive skin so I try to stick to the mineral powder, but it might work for you if your skin is naturally dry. I just like Neutrogena for foundation because they're a skincare company first and foremost -- not a makeup company. 
Also, I recommend using aloe vera gel to moisturize before applying foundation. Just make sure you let it dry first.
