If I give my 6 week old 4-6oz around 10 and he’s still asleep can I jus let him continue to sleep. I pretty much give him 4oz every 3-4 hrs but I change his diaper and wake him up at night to do it when can I wing him off of having to wake him up and jus letting him sleep thru .. he’s such a good baby lol I’m blessed.

If he has enough wet and dirty diapers, and he’s gaining weight, let him sleep.

Our pediatrician said to let baby sleep at night after 2weeks because she gained back more than she was a birth. Although I nurse on demand and she wakes up every 3-5hours.

The general rule I was taught in NICU is that my Bub should be having at least 180mls per kg each day. But that's for a prem. The calculation for a term Bub is 150ml/kg/day. That's obviously a guide not a for sure thing. But as long as in a 24 hour period they're having that amount they're fairly good. 
My son does an 8-9 hour stretch at night but 2-3 hourly the rest of the time. So he meets his caloric needs.
