When do I call the doctor?

Today AF would’ve come but I tested a few days early. I haven’t called to make an appt since I know they won’t see me til 7 or 8 weeks. Just wondering when I should call! Thanks in advance! ✨✨.

I call right away because my doctors office is so busy they book out for weeks away unless it’s an emergency

Have you gotten a positive test? If you haven’t had a positive then I wouldn’t call to schedule an appointment. If you have you can call and they’ll ask ur last period and calculate when you should go in. Generally 8-10 weeks is your first appointment.

Call some may want blood work to confirm others will schedule an appt. it’s good to establish that you are pregnant early. You won’t have a prenatal appt till after 8 weeks but if something happens or you have questions you have a doctor to call.

I called immediately just so I can start prenatal vitamins ASAP, sure you can buy your own but my insurance covers it so I called when I found out.
