Best double stroller???

Hey mommas, 
 I’m looking for the best double stroller that is also reasonably priced! It will be for a toddler and new born. I would prefer it to be light and front and back seating not side to side. What do you all suggest?!

I found a Joovy Caboose Ultralight on OfferUp! It's pretty lightweight, folds up pretty small for a double stroller and is a sit and stand for baby and toddler. It comes with an attachment if you want to use a car seat with it. Big basket too!
