I can NOT believe this.
It took my fiance and I 5 years to conceive our little bundle of joy. We are VERY happy & excited. Lets just say, she's very wanted! I am so THRILLED that I'm 5 short weeks away from my third trimester. Its our first & I never thought in a million years I'd make it this far in a pregnancy ❤😭
