Gas pain or ectopic?

I’m 7 weeks. I’m supposed to have my first ultrasound on Friday.
Now I’m having a little bit of “pain” on my right side. Where my ovary is. 
It’s not really cramping or a sharp pain, more like a little pressure. 
I’m terrified that it might be an ectopic. Has anyone had similar symptoms?

I have.  If it was epotopic you most likely would have known it had these pains by now.  However I am not a doctor.  When I had this issue I got a ultrasound done.  I ended up having a cyst on my right ovary which is very common with pregnant ladies.

I wouldn’t worry. It’s not uncommon for your ovary to cramp a little in the beginning of pregnancy. Your ovary develops a cyst when you’re pregnant, which sustains the pregnancy by producing hormones. I haven’t had an ectopic pregnancy, but have had an ovarian cyst burst. The pain was so intense that I couldn’t sit still, I vomited multiple times, and screamed. The doctors thought I had an ectopic.

By 7 weeks you would have horrible pain and probably bleeding. Could be gas pain, a cyst, round ligament pain starting. I had the same thing
