Intense Back Pain All of the Sudden?!

Question

I just got really bad sudden back pain and now my little one is kicking and moving like crazy. My back is hurting in 2 places. I’m 29 weeks. Is this a sign of preterm labor?

I don’t want to jump to conclusions or worry you but I’m an ED nurse and pain in these two areas simultaneously can be an indication of gall bladder issues. This can usually be ruled out with blood tests and an ultrasound scan.
