Back contractions??

Question

Any Momma's have there experience back contractions without any tummy tightening? FTM here and I'm due in 2 days. My lower back has been having off and on pain, radiating into my bum since early this morning. I've had 2 pretty intense episodes in the last 30 minutes that do not stop when I move, switch positions or take a drink. As of today at the doc, I am 60% effaced and 1 cm dilated. Any advice or input would be appreciated!!

I had that along with a ton of pelvic pressure and I was already at 5/6 cm when I got to the hospital my bag of water super low and hanging almost out apparently. Only went to er because I had to pee every 2 min and had a ton of pressure
