non stop crying

my 10 week old baby girl cries A LOT.

I've seen the pediatrician already and he's giving her meds for reflux, I've recently started probiotics, and we're seeing a chiropractor. What is left that I can try? I'm having a hard time. She's never satisfied or happy for longer periods. I also have a 20 month old son, so my attantion is devided. She's not yet on a sleeping schedule, she doesn't like sleeping in her crib/bassinet during the day. She naps on the go in her carseat that seems to be her "happy place" she'll calm down and fall asleep. Also I've tried using baby carriers but I really suck at putting them on and getting her positioned right. Terrible two's and a colicky baby make for long days of frustration, I'm emotionally drained.
