Spotting before ovulation?

Is this normal? I’m supposed to ovulate in a few days, but just noticed some light spotting after I wiped. I’m super confused!

I had that last month was pale pink when I wiped twice on the day I was supposed to be ovulating.. wasn’t pregnant but my period came 3 days early and it was very heavy and would stop for nearly a full day and start up again :/ have no idea what caused that and I’ve never had spotting while ovulating before either!
