Nipple piercing problem ??

Question

I got my piercings about three months ago and they were healing fine until recently I had sex (hehe 🌝) and now im getting crusties on them and when I move them to clean them, on one there’s like this white-ish good coming out. But it doesn’t happen all the time. What do I do???

Mine have been doing that since I got them pierced 2 years ago. It's pretty normal. it's just where skin cells have come off from inside the piercing and mixed with sweat. moving them too much can cause more skin cells to come off causing more of this stuff (It's called lymph btw) Just keep cleaning them and try not to move them more than necessary. sex can cause mine to move around causing more lymph

Um you should definitely move them to clean them otherwise they will stink just like any other piercing... I’ve had mine for two years and I haven’t had many crusties since the first 6 months to a year but I do get them VERY seldomly still after mud riding or swimming in anything other than a pool or ocean. It’s just a healing process though and lymphocytes killing off bad bacteria. Try to keep them as clean as possible for the first year though.. meaning after sex and being touched, licked, sucked whatever.. clean them. It’s smarter to do that and help with the healing process than to not move them while cleaning them and allow infection to happen. Make sure you get those little crusties off before you move them though because it HURTS when it goes through the holes. Happy healing 😌
