Almost 21 weeks, been weight lifting & swimming
And 13lbs weight gain in total.

4 weeks ago I started swimming laps 3x a week. 2 weeks ago I added in weightlifting (2 swims + 2x weightlifting per week, but I'd like to get to 3 & 3). On the weekend I started getting round ligament pain, so to be safe I did leg extension today instead of squats.
I used to be a lot stronger 3 years ago but health issues, hand injuries & full-time jobs derailed me. I'm starting back easy and with higher reps/lower weights. My doc doesn't want me lifting more than 30lbs in my second trimester, and no more than 20 in third so I'm trying to obey lol
