Schedules & feedings at 4 months?

Will people please share some of their schedules with me? Right now my LO is 4 months & this is our routine...I met a friends night nurse last weekend & she acted like i was nuts...but she’s been sleeping thru the night since 8 weeks & I have just increased the amts per feeding. I also just love to see other people’s schedules & borrow ideas😃
6am- 6oz bottle/play
7:30am- nap
9am- 1tsp solids/6oz bottle/play
11am- nap (maybe)
12pm- 6oz bottle
Another catnap in here somewhere 
3pm- 6oz bottle 
4:30pm- nap
5:30pm- 6oz bottle
6:45- bath/massage
7:30pm- 6oz/book/down for the night

my schedule varies slightly every day because I don't have a set time I wake her up, but she usually wakes up in a half hour window. 
5am dreamfeed 
930am wake up, bottle, play 
1130am nap (sometimes this nap is only 45 mins then she plays until shes hungry)
1pm wake up, bottle, play
3pm nap (usually her longer nap around 2 hours)
5pm wake up, bottle, play 
7pm nap (I know people say no naps after 5... but she won't go to bed for the night this early)
8pm wake up, play 
830pm bath, book, bed
and she usually falls asleep around 915.

830am- nap (usually an hour-2 hour nap)
So I’m not home with my LO during the day since I went back to work in March but this is the loose schedule I know my mom uses with her during the day..
1030/11ish- 4 ounce bottle/play/read
12/1ish-nap (she hates this nap with a passion and only sleeps for maybe a half hour)
130ish- wake up/play 4 ounce bottle
3pm- nap (she will usually be sleeping when I get home around 430-5pm)
530pm- 4 ounce bottle 
630pm- sometimes takes a little half hour cat nap
730pm-4 ounce bottle 
We try to get her to bed by 9 each night but we don’t really have a night time routine. Today is our first night of letting her put herself to sleep instead of me having to rock her to sleep.
She will usually wake up for a bottle at 1 or 3 depending on how early or late she goes to sleep...

I’m at work most of the day so I’m not sure how her routine is when she’s not with me, they just follow baby’s cues:
5:15am: wake baby up to nurse 15-20 min (I nthroughurse until she stops on her own)
5:30am: back to sleep 
6:15am: wake baby up for diaper change & into car seat, she pretty much sleeps  all of this and falls asleep in the car 
6:30am: drop off with my MIL, baby awake
6:30am-5pm: various naps & feedings, I’m at work but baby drinks 12-14 oz while I’m gone
5-5:30pm: baby sleeps in car on way home 
6:00pm: diaper change play/snuggles
6:30pm: nurse baby for however long she wants 
7-8:30pm: play time, snuggle time, cat naps, bath time every other day 
8:30-9:00pm: nurse baby however long she wants
9-9:30pm: baby down for the night
